Das EMHA-\u00dcberwachungssystem ist direkt in das Damen Triton-System integriert, das alle Messdaten sammelt und eine effiziente \u00dcberwachung der Belastungen erm\u00f6glicht, denen die Schiffsstruktur w\u00e4hrend des Betriebs ausgesetzt ist. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu diesem \u00dcberwachungssystem hat EMHA in Zusammenarbeit mit Damen auch eine Reihe von Sensoren installiert, die eventuelle Materialerm\u00fcdungen ermitteln k\u00f6nnen. Diese sind Teil einer gemeinsamen Entwicklung von Damen und EMHA. Diese Sensoren zur Erm\u00fcdungsmessung, die an einer Reihe von erm\u00fcdungsanf\u00e4lligen Verbindungen in der Schiffsstruktur angebracht sind, erm\u00f6glichen eine kosteneffiziente Erm\u00fcdungs\u00fcberwachung von Schwei\u00dfverbindungen, w\u00e4hrend die bew\u00e4hrten theoretischen Modelle, die durch FMEA-Berechnungen unterst\u00fctzt werden, Damen und EMHA eine genaue Vorhersage der verbleibenden Lebensdauer f\u00fcr diese spezifischen erm\u00fcdungsanf\u00e4lligen Verbindungen erm\u00f6glichen. Dies erm\u00f6glicht es dem Schiffseigner, die Inspektions- und Wartungsintervalle zu verk\u00fcrzen, und damit die Lebensdauer des Schiffes zu verl\u00e4ngern. Zus\u00e4tzlich liefert das System wichtige Daten f\u00fcr eine zuk\u00fcnftige Erm\u00fcdungsauslegung der Struktur und der Verbindungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Der Fast Crew Supplier (FCS) in K\u00fcrze:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die FCS 7011 ist in der Lage kontinuierlich mit einer Geschwindigkeit von bis zu 40 Knoten zu fahren, um kurze Transitzeiten zu erm\u00f6glichen. Zwei Bewegungssteuerungssysteme und ein luxuri\u00f6ser Innenraum, der bis zu 150 Personen Platz bietet, sorgen f\u00fcr ein \u00e4u\u00dferst komfortables Reisen. Je nach Bedarf kann eine Reihe von Zugangsl\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr das Schiff gew\u00e4hlt werden.
