Im Auftrag von Shell Energy and Chemicals Park Rotterdam hat EMHA die Ausrichtung, Verankerung und Verguss eines MAN-Radialkompressors und eines Schmiersystems durchgef\u00fchrt. EMHA erwies sich als zuverl\u00e4ssiger Partner f\u00fcr diese Arbeiten, auch Dank der einzigartigen Kombination aus Bau – und Maschinenbaukenntnissen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Um einen dauerhaften und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Betrieb der Maschine zu erreichen, wurde das Kompressor-Skid mit Chockfast\u00ae Red Epoxidharz vergossen. Die schwindfreien Eigenschaften von Chockfast\u00ae Red gew\u00e4hrleisten eine dauerhafte und korrekte Ausrichtung des Maschinenstrangs, w\u00e4hrend die ausgezeichnete Haftung an Stahl und Beton sowie die schwingungsd\u00e4mpfenden Eigenschaften (bis zu 10-mal st\u00e4rker als zementgebundene Vergussmassen) daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass unerw\u00fcnscht hohe Schwingungspegel auf ein Minimum reduziert werden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
