As a partner and supplier, EMHA was commissioned to manufacture 17 pump frames, consisting of both sliding and fixed frames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These frames are manufactured by our certified welders from steel S235JR, based on a special design by Hidrostal and the supplied technical drawings. Their constructions consist of a combination of steel profiles and laser-cut plates, whereby the sliding frames are also equipped with a special sliding mechanism on wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to special and vital application of the Hidrostal pumps, it is important to also protect the frames against corrosion. After assembly and welding, the frames are therefore hot-dip galvanized. In specific cases, we even apply a double preservation by applicating a three-layer coating system after galvanizing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After the conservation process, the frames are assembled, provided with all necessary components in our workshop and subjected to a final quality inspection.
