Our valued customer Adapa the Netherlands Rotterdam is Europe\u2019s most important converter of paper and film products for confectionery applications. For extension of their production capacity, EMHA was approached to design, supply, and install a pump system. This installation plays a vital role in the functionality of the new production line, where thermal oil is used to heat wax and various components within a hign-performance nine-colour printing machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with Adapa we gathered the specific technical requirements. Based on our findings, measurements at the customer site and a supplied technical drawing, we composed a detailed 3D CAD design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PED-compliant system was manufactured in-house by our certified welders, using Schedule 40 steel S235JR pipework<\/a> and high quality fittings. One of the key components of the installation is a three-way valve, which monitors the temperature of the returning oil and regulates the flow of oil accordingly. This ensures precise temperature control of the press components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EMHA took care of every aspect of the project \u2014 from engineering<\/a> and fabrication to installation<\/a> and commissioning \u2014 completely relieving the client of any concerns. The result: a fully functional system and another satisfied customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
