The EMHA monitoring system is directly integrated in the Damen Triton system, which collects all the measured data and allows for efficient monitoring of the loads the vessel structure is exposed to, whilst in operation. In addition to this monitoring system EMHA has, in cooperation with Damen, also installed a number of Fatigue Measurement Sensors which are part of a joint development undertaken between Damen and EMHA. These Fatigue Damage Sensors, which are installed on a number of fatigue-sensitive connections in the vessels structure, provide a cost-efficient fatigue monitoring of welded joints whereas the proven theoretical models supported by FEA calculations allows Damen and EMHA to accurately predict the remaining fatigue life for these specific fatigue-sensitive joints and connections. This enables the vessel owner to improve the inspection &amp; maintenance intervals, ultimately increasing the life-time of the vessel as well as providing key data on the fatigue-design of the structure and joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Fast Crew Supplier (FCS) in short<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FCS 7011 is capable of continuously sailing at speeds of up to 40 knots to enable short transit times. Two motion control systems and a luxury interior that can accommodate up to 150 persons ensure a highly comfortable commute. A number of marine access solutions can be selected to meet the clients specific needs.
