EMHA Epoxy and Installation Materials
Why choose EMHA epoxy and installation materials?
EMHA epoxy is a low-viscosity epoxy resin for the structural bonding of cracks and micro-cracks in dry or wet concrete. EMHA epoxy can also be applied as a castable or injectable epoxy for construction purposes as a fully load-bearing filling of small openings and cavities. EMHA installation products provide the appropriate application materials for the installation of Chockfast and Meclev products. Including custom-made foundation bolts, machine anchors, sea fastenings or sole plates; all designed and manufactured in accordance with classification and OEM requirements.

Damming materials
Thanks to our many years of experience with grouting installations, we have been able to develop a range of effective tools for damming the surface to be cast. For this purpose we offer rubber strips in various sizes, rubber sleeves for protecting anchor bolts for example, and metal strips for quickly and accurately constructing formwork.

Anti-adhesion spray (Mould Release Spray)
Mould Release Spray is a fast, clean and easy release agent for most types of plastics, rubbers and epoxy resins from moulds, dies, rollers and presses. This PTFE-based anti-adhesion spray can be used up to temperatures of 270°C. Parts that should not bond with the epoxy can easily be treated with the Mould Release Spray. This agent contains no silicones. Once the layer is dry, the surface can simply be coated or printed if required.

Marine Grease EP 2/3
Marine Grease EP 2/3 is a multi-purpose grease that, due to its unique composition, is resistant to temperatures from -18°C to 288°C. Since synthetic resin does not adhere to it, Marine Grease EP 2/3 is used for example for wrapping anchor bolts, and for greasing formwork and other parts that should not bond with the epoxy. The lubricating properties naturally ensure excellent guidance when filling holes with rubber plugs or wooden filling rods. This type of grease is supplied in tins with a net content of 500 grams.

EMHA Vibrox
Vibrox is a special two-component epoxy resin, particularly suitable for grouting machines and structural components, supporting sole plates and levelling structural parts. Curing takes place at least three times faster than cement-based grout and the epoxy is shrink-free. Gietbrox has a very low viscosity and is therefore suitable for filling spaces that other epoxy grouts cannot reach. After curing, a uniquely smooth surface is created. This grout is therefore also frequently used as a sealing top coat.

EMHA Epicol Injection Epoxy
EMHA INJ is a pure synthetic resin with very low viscosity, developed for injecting horizontal and vertical cracks in structures. Due to its very high bonding strength to concrete (stronger than the concrete itself), a structural bond between concrete parts can be achieved for the repair of complete structures. EMHA INJ is resistant to, among other things, oil, greases, lubricants, petrol, solvents, aggressive gases and acid solutions.

Glassfiber Tape
The Glassfiber Tape from EMHA is suitable for all types of fiberglass-based repairs and protection. The tape does not have a self-adhesive layer, but is used in combination with epoxy. The tape can be used, for example, in combination with Phillyclad 1775 as a propeller shaft coating or in combination with Phillyclad 8 for repairing pipelines.

Jiffy mixer
To guarantee a high mixing quality of the epoxy resin and to minimise costs and environmental impact, we supply high-quality and reusable stainless steel mixers for mixing our synthetic resins. Our mixers distinguish themselves from a standard mixer by an extra rim at the bottom to prevent damage to the packaging of the product being mixed. The top is also fitted with a 'wing' that prevents air from entering the mixture. As this mixer is made of stainless steel, a long service life is guaranteed and the mixer can be reused after cleaning.

Spherical stretch bushes
The unique SW stretch bushes from EMHA combine the functionality of a standard stretch bush with the properties of a spherical ring. Where the length of the bush provides sufficient stretch in the (anchor) bolt, the spherical surfaces compensate for misalignment up to a maximum of 4°. The bushes have a standard length of 60mm, but alternative lengths are available on request. Normally it is necessary to reduce the tightening torque of the bolt when using a spherical ring. However, the unique design of the EMHA SW stretch bushes makes this unnecessary, allowing the full torque to be utilised.

Filling tubes
EMHA filling tubes are specially manufactured to optimise the grouting of installations without overpour. By utilising the height of the tubes, sufficient pressure can be built up to allow the synthetic resin to flow to all parts that need to be grouted. The tubes can be used to reach difficult-to-access locations and are easy to attach. Depending on the application, the filling tubes are supplied with horizontal or vertical flow-through. Ask our technical specialists for the best solution for your application.

Sea fastenings
The robust steel sea fastenings from EMHA are reliable tools for securing ship engines, gearboxes and bearing blocks, among other things. These sea fastenings ensure that thermal growth is directed in the correct direction and also prevent displacement of machine components due to the impact of, for example, a collision. The sea fastenings are available from stock in left-hand and right-hand versions and in three standard sizes (80 / 100 /120mm). Custom sizes are of course also available on request. Ask our technical specialists for the best solution for your situation.
