Ceramium ®

Ceramium ®

Ceramium® consists of two components and offers maximum resistance against wear and material loss on metal surfaces. By forming an extremely hard protective layer, Ceramium® provides optimal protection against corrosion, erosion, wear and cavitation under dry and wet conditions. Ceramium® is available as a paste and in liquid form.

Ceramium ® CH

Ceramium ® CH

Ceramium® CH is a wear-resistant polymer-ceramic with excellent chemical resistance. This product is available with different hardeners, depending on the application.

Key features

  • CH1: Inorganic (mineral) acids, including in concentrated form. Bases / lyes / alkalis and oxidising salt solutions.
  • Application of hardener CH2: Aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, alcohols and organic acids, including in high concentrations.
  • A chemical resistance list is available through EMHA.
MM-Elastomer

MM-Elastomer

MM-Elastomer is a material with rubber-like properties. These urethane elastomer systems offer an excellent combination of flexibility, strength and chemical resistance. MM-Elastomer can be used to create elastic bonds or to repair components. One of the major advantages of this product is that no primer is required prior to application. The product has good resistance to high temperatures and excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. MM-Elastomer always consists of two components. Depending on the application, a paste, liquid or brushable variant can be chosen in the following Shore A hardness grades:

Key features

  • 95: standard with the best technical properties and chemical resistance;
  • 85: for production and repair of electrical components;
  • 65: for production and repair of electrical components and coating;
  • 40: for production of electrical components and coating.
MM-Metal SS-steelceramic

MM-Metal SS-steelceramic

MM-metal SS-steelceramic is a polymer metal consisting of two components, suitable for the most diverse repairs of metals and alloys. With MM-metal SS-steelceramic, damage caused by corrosion, chemical attack, wear, cracks or impact can be repaired very reliably. Its outstanding high-quality technical properties, extremely good adhesion to metal surfaces, higher wear resistance and high resistance to chemicals are the defining characteristics of MM-metal SS-steelceramic. Depending on the application, a choice can be made between a red or a yellow hardener:

Key features

  • The yellow hardener provides the best technical properties;
  • The red hardener is suitable for emergency repairs due to its very fast curing time.
MM-Metal UW

MM-Metal UW

MM-metal UW is a polymer metal with an extremely short curing time, consisting of two components. It is suitable and certified for repairs underwater or on wet metal surfaces. This product is often used for repairing components that are submerged underwater, or for sealing leaks (even under pressure: tested at 80 bar pressure for an extended period). The product can be processed at temperatures above 0°C. MM-metal UW has two different hardeners, which differ in processing time:

Key features

  • Hardener UW3 is suitable for quickly sealing leaks;
  • Hardener UW9 is suitable for applications in hard-to-reach places or under high ambient temperatures.
  • MM-metal UW is certified by Lloyd's Register of Shipping.
MM-metal SS-aluminium

MM-metal SS-aluminium

MM-metal SS-aluminium consists of two components and is an aluminium alloy-based polymer metal, suitable for the most diverse repairs of aluminium components. The alloyed aluminium in the polymers makes this material particularly easy to work with when repairing aluminium. As a result, damage to aluminium parts caused by corrosion, mechanical load and chemical attack can be reliably repaired. MM-metal SS-aluminium is available as a paste and in liquid form. The paste variant retains its shape during application, while the liquid variant can be injected, cast or applied with a brush.

MM-metal SS-bronze

MM-metal SS-bronze

MM-metal SS-bronze is a polymer metal based on a copper and tin alloy, making it highly suitable for the most diverse repairs of bronze components. As a result, damage to bronze parts caused by corrosion, mechanical load and chemical attack can be reliably repaired. MM-metal SS-bronze consists of two components and is available as a paste and in liquid form. The paste variant retains its shape during application, while the liquid variant can be injected, cast or applied with a brush.

MM-metal SS-steel

MM-metal SS-steel

MM-metal SS-steel is a metal alloy-based polymer metal consisting of two components, suitable for the most diverse repairs of steel and iron materials. The alloyed metal in the polymers gives them the same properties as metal, allowing lost material to be filled. As a result, damage caused by corrosion, wear, cracks or impact can be reliably repaired. MM-metal SS-steel is available as a paste and in liquid form. The paste variant retains its shape during application, while the liquid variant can be injected, cast or applied with a brush.

MM-metal SS-steel 382

MM-metal SS-steel 382

MM-metal SS-steel 382 is a polymer metal consisting of two components, suitable for repair and construction material that can be used to optimise the technical properties of metal. MM-metal SS-steel 382 provides the best technical properties under mechanical load. The product is available as a paste and in liquid form. The liquid variant is very easy to cast due to its high surface tension. This variant can even be injected through very small openings (from 2mm).

MM-metal oL-steelceramic

MM-metal oL-steelceramic

MM-metal oL-steelceramic is a polymer metal consisting of two components, tested and certified for the repair of metals and alloys contaminated with oil, grease or fuel. MM-metal oL-steelceramic is used for the repair of damage caused by corrosion, chemical attack, wear, cracks or impact. What makes MM-metal oL-steelceramic unique is that it provides both extremely good adhesion to oil-contaminated metal surfaces and high resistance to chemicals. Depending on the application, a choice can be made between a red or a yellow hardener:

Key features

  • The yellow hardener provides the best technical properties;
  • The red hardener is suitable for emergency repairs due to its very fast curing time.
  • MM-metal oL-steelceramic is certified by Lloyd's Register of Shipping.
VP-10-500

VP-10-500

VP 10-500 is an organic-based polymer metal, suitable for the repair and maintenance of metals under high temperature conditions. VP 10-500 can be applied to both cold and hot metal parts. The material will not cure at room temperature: curing begins at a metal temperature of 75°C and above. As a result, its resistance to high temperatures is much higher than that of standard polymer materials. This product also has a high chemical resistance, particularly against sulphuric acid.
