Chockfast Red Versaflow

Chockfast Red Versaflow

Chockfast Red Versaflow is a groundbreaking pumpable epoxy grout with excellent flow properties. Chockfast Red Versaflow is designed for versatile and efficient application in the most demanding industrial installations. Chockfast Red Versaflow forms a crucial and durable link in the installation and foundation of equipment. It ensures accurate machine alignment, has high compressive strength and chemical resistance. Chockfast Red Versaflow can be used for a wide range of industrial installations, such as: compressors, generators, turbines, engines and pumps.

Chockfast Gray

Chockfast Gray

Chockfast Gray is a two-component epoxy resin, particularly suitable as a casting fill for machinery with wider tolerances (pumps, winches) and as an epoxy adhesive for bonding anchors in concrete. Chockfast Gray can also be used as a high-quality epoxy grout where a limited fill height is involved. Like Chockfast Orange, Chockfast Gray is designed to withstand very high physical and thermal shocks, but is less suitable for critical machinery. This epoxy is shrink-free, has very high compressive and impact strength and is non-flammable. Chockfast Gray is also completely resistant to chemicals and oil. The product protects underlying materials against moisture penetration.

Chockfast Orange

Chockfast Orange

Chockfast Orange is a two-component epoxy resin, specially developed as a casting fill. As the world's most qualified epoxy resin, Chockfast Orange is designed to withstand very high physical and thermal shocks. The epoxy is shrink-free and has high compressive and impact strength. Chockfast Orange is the ultimate product for grouting critical machinery under the most extreme conditions, such as deck equipment. The use of Chockfast Orange in the maritime industry has been approved by, among others, Det Norske Veritas, ABS, Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyd's Register of Shipping, Nippon Kaiji Kyokai, Registro Italiano Navale and the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

Chockfast Red

Chockfast Red

Chockfast Red is a three-component epoxy grout with high final strength. This grout is used for grouting and anchoring dynamic machinery and supporting sole plates. Chockfast Red has an extremely high compressive strength and is resistant to attack by chemicals and frost, among other things. Curing takes place at least ten times faster than cement-based grout. This epoxy is also shrink-free and therefore ideal for the highly accurate installation of process-critical machinery under the most demanding conditions, such as compressors, extruders, turbines, (electric) motors, pumps and fans.

Chockfast Red SG

Chockfast Red SG

Chockfast Red SG is an extra fast-curing three-component epoxy grout with high final strength. This grout is used for grouting and anchoring dynamic machinery and supporting sole plates. Chockfast Red SG has an extremely high compressive strength and is resistant to attack by chemicals and frost, among other things. Curing takes place at least ten times faster than cement-based grout. This epoxy is also shrink-free and flows remarkably well, making it the ideal product for the highly accurate installation of process-critical machinery under the most demanding conditions, such as skid-mounted compressors, extruders, turbines, (electric) motors and pumps.

Phillybond 6

Phillybond 6

Phillybond 6 is a strong, universal two-component epoxy paste for repairing damage and cracks in tanks, pumps, pipework and housings, among other things. The paste is often used for filling holes, gaps and irregularities. The fast curing and very high temperature resistance (up to 220°C) make Phillybond 6 a unique product. The product is resistant to most acids, hydrocarbons and alkalis and adheres well to clean surfaces of steel, cast iron, wood, aluminium and most plastics.

Phillybond Orange

Phillybond Orange

Phillybond Orange is a two-component epoxy paste, developed for the liquid-tight sealing of Chockfast Orange casting fills in propeller shaft installations or installations that come into contact with liquid. Phillybond Orange is resistant to seawater and lubricants, has good bonding strength and remains flexible across a wide temperature range. Due to its firm, paste-like consistency, Phillybond Orange can be used in wide, vertical applications without sagging. Yet the paste is easy to spread and provides a smooth, attractive finish. The product is ideal for sealing any type of joint where mechanical and thermal expansion and/or shrinkage occurs. It adheres excellently to steel, copper and other synthetic resins, among others.

Phillybond TA-30

Phillybond TA-30

Phillybond TA-30 is a highly thixotropic, two-component epoxy adhesive with high bonding strength, specially developed for the installation of vibration-dampening materials. Because Phillybond TA-30 already has a bonding strength of 25 kg/m² during the curing process, the need for clamping constructions is often eliminated. This adhesive is also extremely suitable as a filler between dampening materials (in constructions/machine parts) and for forming fillets on (weld) seams. Phillybond TA-30 is non-toxic and contains no solvents. Odours or vapours from the mixed product are negligible, allowing use in enclosed spaces. Phillybond TA-30 is excellently resistant to fresh and salt water, crude and refined oils, gas oil, aviation fuel and many other substances.

Phillyclad 1775

Phillyclad 1775

Phillyclad 1775 is a high-quality synthetic resin with fast and superior curing for demanding fibre coating applications. This epoxy is highly suitable for applying protective layers over steel and other materials and can be used in combination with fibreglass tape. Due to its excellent workability and high-quality end result, Phillyclad 1775 is one of the most widely used products for coating propeller shafts.

Phillyclad 8

Phillyclad 8

Phillyclad 8 is a fast-curing epoxy resin, specially developed for high-quality repairs in combination with fibreglass ('wrapping'). It is used for pipelines, tanks, valves and other objects subject to corrosion and/or erosion. Phillyclad 8 has a very high temperature resistance (up to 220°C) and is resistant to salt water, crude and refined oil, petrol and most corrosive substances and acids. In combination with four layers of fibreglass fabric, Phillyclad 8 is resistant to a hydrostatic pressure of 7 N/mm² after 1 hour of curing.

Phillymastic TG-7B

Phillymastic TG-7B

Phillymastic TG-7B is a load-bearing, two-component synthetic resin, specially developed for LNG and LPG tank and container installations where filling voids between the tank and supporting structures is necessary. Phillymastic TG-7B offers excellent adhesion and load-bearing capacity, even at cryogenic temperatures, ensuring that the load is always evenly distributed across the various tank supports. This epoxy is available as a paste and as a castable epoxy. Both can be mixed by hand or with automatic mixers.

Key features

  • Complies with the standards as described in GAZ Transport's Technical Specification N. 402 Revision F (1993).
  • Both Gaztransport and TechniGaz approve the use of TG-7B.
Repair Compound

Repair Compound

ITW Repair Compound is a two-component epoxy paste, designed for filling, levelling and fairing metal, plastic and wooden surfaces. The very smooth, even consistency combined with a firm paste-like form makes this product ideal for levelling plating, rounding off shapes and smoothing weld seams. Repair Compound is the ideal product for treating ship hulls, tanks, deck plates, pump housings and sonar domes before further finishing. Any top coating or cladding can be applied over the smooth surface after treatment with Repair Compound. As Repair Compound contains no metal particles, it is also highly suitable for fairing around sensitive electrical equipment. Repair Compound is non-toxic and contains no solvents. It is excellently resistant to tap water, seawater, crude and refined oils, petrol, kerosene and many other substances.
