From September 1 to 4, EMHA participated in SMM 2026 in Hamburg, the world’s leading trade fair for the maritime industry. Over four days, our stand served as a meeting point for customers, partners and professionals from across the international maritime sector.
Familiar Faces and New Connections
Throughout the exhibition, we had the pleasure of reconnecting with many of our valued customers and long-standing partners. It was a great opportunity to catch up, discuss ongoing projects and exchange insights on developments within the industry. At the same time, we welcomed many new contacts and potential customers, resulting in inspiring conversations and promising opportunities.
The strong interest in our engineering and service capabilities once again confirmed the value of EMHA as an independent technical partner for the maritime industry.
A Maritime Industry Moving Forward
One of the key takeaways from SMM 2026 was the positive momentum within the maritime sector. Conversations with shipyards, suppliers and ship owners reflected a strong sense of ambition, innovation and investment across the industry.
Beyond the exhibition floor, various networking events and evening gatherings provided excellent opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones.

At EMHA, we support customers with technical challenges in areas such as propulsion systems, machinery installations, noise & vibration, diagnostics and precision measurements. From engineering and analysis to hands-on execution in the field, we combine specialist knowledge with a practical approach.
The discussions held during SMM have created a strong foundation for future collaborations. We look forward to turning the ideas and challenges discussed in Hamburg into practical solutions.
