Meet the Team – Martin Sarnau
Martin has been part of the EMHA team since 2016. At that time, the organisation was still known as MIM.
“I manage and supervise projects, but if there’s a staff shortage, I’m also happy to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in myself.”
It is precisely this combination of organisation, leadership and hands-on involvement that makes his work so varied. From the initial contact with the client, through the implementation of the project, to its successful completion: Martin is involved in the entire process.
What makes working at EMHA so special?
“Above all, I appreciate being able to oversee the entire process: from the initial contact with the client, through the project’s implementation, to its successful completion and a compelling end result.”
Every project brings new challenges and ensures that no two working days are the same.
What motivates him?
“I really enjoy working on challenging industrial projects.”
He finds it particularly motivating when a complex project is successfully completed and ultimately produces a result that everyone involved can be proud of.

What superpower would he like to have for his work?
Without a moment’s hesitation, he replies:
“None. I get by just fine without a superpower.”
A down-to-earth answer that fits well with his pragmatic attitude.
What sort of music makes him unable to sit still?
“Generally speaking, electronic music and house from the ’90s and 2000s.”
As soon as those familiar beats kick in, it’s hard to stay still.
