Our machines

Circular milling

With our face and circular milling machines, we can perform milling operations on diameters ranging from 45 to 315 inches (Ø1100 – Ø8000 mm). We machine all types of materials, from steel and stainless steel to high-tensile steel.

Boring & tapping

Our compact drilling machines are ideal for operations that require drilling holes up to 2.5 inches (63.5 mm) in a single pass. With these drilling and tapping machines, which range from small to large, we can drill and tap holes of various diameters up to M76 and depths up to 350 mm. We can drill, spot face, tap, ream, and hone.

Flange facing

Whether it involves machining the raceways or running surfaces of roller bearings, or re-facing a worn pipe flange: thanks to our wide range of durable and portable flange machining machines, we can machine diameters ranging from 45 to 335 inches (1143–8500 mm). The machines are equipped with a head that can rotate 360 degrees and on which, depending on the diameter or the required specifications, a milling cutter or a single-point cutting tool can be mounted. Thanks to their rigidity and ease of positioning, these machines do not compromise on accuracy, whether they are used in a horizontal, vertical, or inverted position.

Lathing

Whether you’re milling O-ring grooves, repairing turbine shafts, or correcting an out-of-round gear seat on the shaft of a high-speed production machine, our portable lathes let you get the job done. Our lathes can be bolted to the end of a shaft to machine shafts and roller bearings with diameters ranging from 1.5 inches to 24 inches (38 to 610 mm). For shafts ranging from 1.5 inches to 24 inches (38 to 610 mm), the lathes can be clamped onto the shaft. Some of our lathes allow for machining in spaces with a radial clearance of 7 inches (177.8 mm). Thanks to their high power and simple setup, on-site turning can be performed with an accuracy of 0.03 mm, regardless of the diameter.

Line boring

Perfectly straight boring of propeller shafts, stern gearboxes, gearboxes, bridge pivot points, and bearing housings. Our line of portable boring machines is suitable for diameters ranging from 1.375 to 80 inches (35 to 2030 mm), with the precision of stationary machines. The use of mounting brackets, spherical bearings, self-centering mounting cones, a movable rotary drive, and a feed unit enables quick and easy setup. This allows the tools to be used at various locations, even in confined spaces. The ability to mount various face-milling tools directly onto the line boring machines enables us to machine an axial face quickly and with extreme precision. Our face-milling tools support axial face machining up to 35 inches (2030 mm).

Milling

When structures involve critical surfaces such as guardrails, foundations, or grooves, a straight and perpendicular surface is absolutely essential. To achieve this, we have highly versatile, portable (CNC) milling machines. These machines can process large surfaces, with an X-axis travel of up to 473 inches (12,000 mm) and a Y-axis travel of up to 24 inches (609.6 mm) in a single setup. The machines can be set up in various positions, from horizontal to vertical or even upside down. Thanks to the spindle’s high torque for rapid material removal and the ability to mill in virtually any position, we can guarantee a high level of fit and finish.
