EMHA was commissioned by a valued client to carry out various tasks on a 1700kN Loadcell.
The chrome and nickel coating applied to the base material was inspected to determine how the surface of the shaft needed to be treated. Dimensional checks were also carried out by means of a 3D scan to identify any possible dimensional deviations and/or deformations of the Shearforce Loadpin. In addition, health checks and performance tests were conducted, followed by calibration of the force sensor on our 500T certified hydraulic test machine. All of this was completed to the full satisfaction of our client.
