Manufacturing and delivery of 17 pump frames

Hidrostal manufactures high-quality, low-maintenance screw centrifugal pump systems that have become a real standard in the world of wastewater, including pumping stations and purification plants. As a partner and supplier, EMHA was commissioned to manufacture 17 pump frames, consisting of both sliding and fixed frames.

These frames are manufactured by our certified welders from steel S235JR, based on a special design by Hidrostal and the supplied technical drawings. Their constructions consist of a combination of steel profiles and laser-cut plates, whereby the sliding frames are also equipped with a special sliding mechanism on wheels.

Due to special and vital application of the Hidrostal pumps, it is important to also protect the frames against corrosion. After assembly and welding, the frames are therefore hot-dip galvanized. In specific cases, we even apply a double preservation by applicating a three-layer coating system after galvanizing.

After the conservation process, the frames are assembled, provided with all necessary components in our workshop and subjected to a final quality inspection. Delivery takes place on the agreed date and all in compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.
