This epoxy is non-shrinking, has a very high compressive and impact strength and is non-flammable. Chockfast Gray is also completely chemical and oil resistant. The compound protects underlying materials from moisture penetration.

Curing is at least ten times faster than with a cementitious grout. This epoxy is also non-shrinking and therefore ideal for very precise installation of process-critical machines that operate under the most demanding conditions. These include compressors, extruders, turbines, electric motors, engines, pumps and fans.
Description and applicationThe paste is often used for filling holes, cracks and irregularities. Its fast curing and very high temperature resistance (up to 220 °C) make Phillybond 6 a unique product. It is resistant to most acids, hydrocarbons and alkalis and adheres well to clean surfaces such as steel, cast iron, wood, aluminium and most plastics.
Description and applicationPhillybond Orange is impervious to seawater and lubricants, has good adhesive strength and remains flexible over a wide temperature range. Due to its firm, paste-like consistency, Phillybond Orange can be used in wide, vertical applications without sagging. Nevertheless, the paste is easy to spread and gives a nice, smooth finish. The product is ideal for sealing any type of seam that is subject to mechanical and thermal expansion and/or contraction. It adheres extremely well to materials such as steel, copper and other synthetic resins.

Description and applicationBecause Phillybond TA-30 has an adhesive strength of 25 kg/m2 during the curing process, there is often no need to make clamping constructions. This adhesive is also extremely suitable for use as a filler between damping materials (in constructions/machine parts) and for forming radiuses on welds/seams.
Non-toxicPhillybond TA-30 is non-toxic and contains no solvents. Odours or vapours from the mixed product are negligible, allowing its use in enclosed spaces. Phillybond TA-30 has excellent resistance to fresh and salt water, crude and refined oils, gasoil, jet fuel and many other substances.
Description and applicationThis epoxy is very suitable for applying protective layers over steel and other materials and can be used in combination with glass fibre tape. Due to its excellent workability and high-quality final result, Phillyclad 1775 is one of the most widely used products for coating propeller shafts.
Description and applicationPhillyclad 8 has very high temperature resistance (up to 220 °C) and is resistant to salt water, crude and refined oil, petrol, and most corrosive substances and acids. When combined with four layers of glass fibre cloth, Phillyclad 8 resists a hydrostatic pressure of 7 N/mm2 after curing for one hour.
Description and applicationPhillymastic TG-7B offers excellent adhesion and load-bearing capacity, even at cryogenic temperatures. This ensures that the load is always well distributed over the various tank supports. This epoxy is available as a paste and as a pourable epoxy. Both can be mixed by hand or with automatic mixers.
ReferencesPhillymastic TG-7B conforms to the standards set out in Gaztransport’s Technical Specification N. 402 Revision F (1993). Both Gaztransport and Technigaz have approved the use of TG-7B.
Description and applicationThe very smooth, even consistency in combination with a firm paste-like form makes this product ideal for smoothing plating, fairing shapes and smoothing welds. Repair Compound is the ideal product for pre-finish preparation of hulls, tanks, deck plates, pump housings, sonar domes and more. Any top coating or covering can be applied over the smooth surface after application of Repair Compound. As Repair Compound does not contain any metal particles, it is also very suitable for fairings around sensitive electrical equipment.
