Description and applicationThis PFTE-based Mould Release Spray can be used up to temperatures of 270 °C. Parts that should not bond to the epoxy can be easily sprayed with Mould Release Spray. This product does not contain silicones. When the layer is dry, the surface can simply be coated or imprinted, if necessary.
Marine Grease EP 2/3 is a multi-purpose grease, which, due to its unique composition, is resistant to temperatures ranging from -18 to 288 °C.
Description and applicationBecause synthetic resin does not adhere, Marine Grease EP 2/3 is used, for example, to coat adjustment bolts, and to grease formwork and other parts that should not be bonded to the epoxy. Naturally, the lubricating properties ensure excellent passage of the resin when filling holes through rubber plugs or wooden filling sticks. This type of grease comes in cans with a net content of 400 grams
Vibrox is a special two-component epoxy grouting compound that is particularly suitable for chocking machines and structural parts, supporting soleplates and levelling structural parts.
Description and applicationCuring is at least three times faster than with a cementitious grout, and the epoxy is non-shrinking. Gietbrox has a very low viscosity and is therefore suitable for filling spaces that other epoxy grouts cannot reach. After curing, the resulting surface is uniquely smooth. This grout is therefore also often used as a sealing top layer.
Description and applicationDue to its very high bonding strength to concrete (stronger than the concrete itself), structural bonding between concrete parts can be achieved to repair complete structures. EMHA INJ is resistant to oil, grease, lubricants, petrol, solvents, aggressive gases, acid solutions and more.
Description and applicationThe tape can be used, for example, in combination with Phillyclad 1775 as propeller shaft coating or in combination with Phillyclad 8 for pipe repair. The 280 g/m2 tape is supplied on 100-metre rolls and is available in widths of 25, 50, 80 and 100 mm.
Description and applicationOur mixers differ from a standard mixer by having an extra rim at the bottom to prevent damage to the packaging of the product to be mixed. The top is also fitted with a ‘wing’ that prevents air from entering the mixture. Because this mixer is made of stainless steel, a good service life is guaranteed and the mixer can be used again after cleaning.

Description and applicationThe bushes have a standard length of 60 mm, but other lengths are available on request. It is normally necessary to reduce the bolt torque when using a spherical ring. However, the unique design of the EMHA SW strain gauges makes this unnecessary, so the full torque can be used.
