  • A willingness to develop your skills through hands-on practice to become a true expert in the field.
  • Flexibility to complete projects in the evenings and weekends, both domestically and internationally.

EMHA is the Right Fit for You:

Are you excited about highly detailed and precise work, and do you have a passion for metalworking? Our on-site machining specialists ensure the most impressive metalworking projects are executed on location. This might involve working at one of the largest shipyards in the region or taking part in remarkable construction, machinery, and bridge-building projects domestically and abroad. As true experts in the field, we will introduce you to the maritime, industrial, and civil worlds, where you can develop into a true specialist in metalworking. You may not have learned the trade yet, but we’re ready to invest in you—are you ready to invest in yourself?

Your Role:

As an on-site machining technician, you will perform metalworking on location using mobile machines. Due to the size or complexity of the structures, this work can only be done on-site. Together with a team of engineers, planners, and fellow technicians, you will create a work plan for each project. On-site, you will ensure the tasks are completed, solve any (technical) issues, and advise the client about the work being done. It is essential that the mobile machines are positioned with millimeter precision. Initially, you’ll work alongside an experienced technician, and when you’re ready, you’ll take on projects independently. You’ll visit a variety of locations in the offshore, oil & gas, marine, energy, wind, and heavy industries.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Line boring, turning, and facing.
  • Milling, drilling, and tapping.
  • Flange facing and circular milling.
