Industrial constructions and machines (H3)

EMHA provides installation, alignment and grouting services for rotating machines such as pumps, compressors, motors and blowers in various industrial sectors. For example, we install piston compressors for hydrogen installations in accordance with the API-RP-686 standard, both in the petrochemical industry and at companies that focus on sustainable energy generation and storage.

Correct positioning, anchoring with epoxy grout and accurate laser alignment are essential in this regard.

For underfilling components, we use Chockfast Orange, a high-quality epoxy resin approved by all leading classification societies in the shipping industry.

In addition to propeller shaft installations, EMHA has extensive experience in the installation of other propulsion systems, including generator sets, pod engines and jet propulsion systems. Thanks to our specialised knowledge and equipment, we can also carry out machining operations on site, such as machining bearing surfaces, to ensure a perfect installation.
