What is piping & construction and how does it fit in our strategy?
Our construction department is well known for high quality welding- and construction services. From our workshop in the Netherlands we provide certified welding works in stainless steel, carbon steel and aluminium.
We are specialized in stainless steel piping for pressurized air, CO2 and other gasses, but also in carbon steel piping for cooling water, chemicals and other media. The vast majority of the piping is prefabricated in our workshop to minimize impact on our customers’ production processes. To make this possible, we conduct accurate 3D measurements on location after which we are able to design and produce the required piping withing very close tolerances.
In addition, we also design and produce other steel, aluminium or stainless steel objects, such as baseframes, supports, covers and platforms. For this, we are certified in accordance with NEN EN 1090 and may issue a CE mark up to and including execution class 3.
Since we are able to use various expertise’s within the EMHA organization, we are able to provide services based on turn-key project execution. From 3D measurements to manufacturing design and from production to installation on-site. As a partner, we feel committed and responsible for your project.
