For the installation of a new hydrocracker at a refinery in the Botlek, approximately 60 machines had to be installed on the concrete foundations. After installation, these had to be chocked with Chockfast Red epoxy grout, which is a specialist job.

The main contractor on site contacted EMHA to handle the installation and grouting of the equipment. These included various pump base frames, blowers, centrifugal compressors and a reciprocating compressor. To ensure the quality of the end product, checklists were used that were signed off together with the client (based on API 686 recommended practices).
